This is a Multiboard peg attachment for standard larger sized thread spools. The square version will print without supports. The round model requires support but has a nice look to it. Functionally, they are identical.

Use 3 perimeter wall thickness, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and no supports. Apart from that, use your printer's default settings. Has been weight tested with larger commercial roles without issue.
